Your role

Strategic Purchasing Leader is operating in food and industrial refrigeration market as part of the current transformation of service parts operation.

Executes key elements of Supply Chain plans in terms of operations, specific interventions, related costs and timelines, in line with organizational strategy. Manages implementation of systems and processes in support of Supply Chain strategy. Collaborates with cannel partners, including suppliers, intermediaries, third party service providers, and customers. Gathers inputs on prices of different raw materials from primary and secondary sources. Supporst identification of opportunities for outsourcing and cost reduction. Implements guidelines on contract development. Guides others on adherence to import, export, and excise regulation as per compliance. 

• Sourcing and purchasing of service parts.
• Team management (currently 2 team members).
• Contract creation and purchasing condition negotiation.
• Cooperation with global Supply chain for ESPC purchasing strategies.
• Productivity activities, reporting.
• New projects leading and cooperation.
• Escalations.
• Close cooperation with ESPC departments and other stakeholders.

• Previous experience in sourcing and purchasing field
• Experience with team management min. 3 years
• Ability to work in international team
• Advanced English spoken and written, Czech as a big advantage
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Customer oriented and stress resistant
• Good knowledge of SAP operation system
• Proficiency in MS office
• Driving license B
