Zodpovědnosti

Key role within the European payroll team, the Payroll Eastern Europe coordinator mission is to coordinate the payroll services providers and internal payroll team for the Carrier Commercial Refrigeration (CCR) organization in the following countries: Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Romania. The perimeter corresponds to around 800 employees and 5 legal entities.

 

  • Prepares payroll operation activities including pay delivery, time and attendance, payroll accounting and tax reporting to provide efficient payroll operations.
  • Develops procedures and supervises the preparation, documentation and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.
  • Governs and evaluates current systems, processes, and service providers and recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinates support/clerical staff in generating payroll checks and providing related information.
  • Oversees payroll operations, including reconciliations, audits, and weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
  • Implements controls, responds to complex queries, and managing medium to large-scale payroll projects.
  • Makes and monitors the disbursement of payroll, processing of all pay data, maintenance of payroll records and control and compliance activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll activities.
  • Responds to complex questions from employees and the payroll team to give clarity on payroll related issues.
  • Is the point of contact of payroll system provider in case of new payroll settings

Kvalifikace

Must have:

  • English & Czech language
  • Bachelor’s degree (in the field of Accounting, HR or Finance)
  • Prior relevant experience as professional contributor
  • May manage small projects or processes
  • Has advanced knowledge of work in EXCEL
  • Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
  • Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures
  • Good knowledge in Czech Republic labor law

Nice to have:

  • Payroll platform ADP GlobalView  .
  • ANeT- automatic export of these payroll data to the payroll software
