- Role within “Global Sales Ops & Transformation” organization, reporting to Sales Operations Manager
- Support and track price negotiations with top-customers
- Maintain and develop pricing tool
- Regularly conduct pricing analysis
- Lead Annual Plan preparation (pricing part) and track Forecast/Actuals metrics
Zodpovědnosti
- Deriving Commercial insights for Sales experts:
- Prepare rationale supporting price negotiations with CCR customers (inflationary items, competitor’s behavior,..)
- Support leadership in defining pricing target per geography, segment or customer
- Assist sales management in preparation of weekly deal review meetings
- Develop & own pricing processes and datasets within the CRM/CPQ environment
- Reporting
- Track pricing performance and drive mitigation actions in partnership with Sales experts
- Track margin evolution and assess cost/price drivers to identify areas of improvement
- Analysis:
- Perform global pricing analysis (longtail, margin variability, benchmarking,...)
- Conduct and share pricing performance metrics, by business segment, by country, by key account
- Identify gaps related to pricing processes and collaborate with sales leadership to implement best practices across sales entities to optimize sales & margin levels
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with all key departments, including finance, sales, to align price targets with overall sales & margin company objectives.
Kvalifikace
- 5 years of proven experience in Pricing, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and adapt with complexity
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of Chinese language is a strong advantage, but not a critical prerequisite
