For our manufacturing site in Hungary in Jasz with over 200 workers we are looking for ambitious colleague with passion for finance to challenge her/his skills and act as the right hand of the CFO and left hand of the plant manager. We are looking for candidate, who is eager to further grow in our organization and who is willing to go extra mile to understand the business drivers and is able to propose and lead the corrective actions and make them happen. • Provides financial leadership and discipline for the manufacturing site in Jasz
• Manages team of two FP&A Analysts
• Leading regular monthly reporting, forecasting and planning cycles
• Supporting the month end closing activities including final review & financial approval
• Presentating monthly results to local and regional management
• Manages the integrity of financial data (accuracy and completeness of the information available), ensuring all internal and external reporting requirements can be met within tight deadlines
• Prepares local management reports and comments variances
• Identificates weak spots in the system and develops corrective actions
• Follows on identified variances up and drives profitability improvement actions
• Runs ad hoc analysis
• Supports process improvement actions
• Supports control procedures (operational cycles)

• 3 – 5 years previous experience with Financial Planning (Financial Controlling)
• Very good analytical skills and very good at math (brain is still faster than calculator)
• Strong logical thinking / Common sense
• Solid communication skills, ability to draw conclusions and present the outcomes / actions
• Open minded
• Practical knowledge of accounting; 
• Prior experience of working in an international environment
• Experience in manufacturing site is big advantage
• Hands on and solution oriented approach
• Ability to meet the deadlines and deliver results under pressure
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables and similar), SQL and MS Access is plus
• Good knowledge of financial systems in general, preferably HFM (Oracle) and SAP
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to learn a lot and kick off the steep carrier path
• High ethical standards
