Location:
This position is available in Mýto and Beroun, Czechia.

Introduction to Role:

The technical support has full responsibility about parts identification and rebuilding questions in parts business from customers and all kinds of technical related questions internally from other departments. This person need to serve customers and other departments concerning technical related questions concerning spare parts.

Responsibilities: 

• Customer support on technical requests/questions->Solve incoming parts identification tickets and technical questions regarding spare parts
• Customer support for cabinet refurbishment->Solve incoming rebuilding tickets
• Definition of KITs and assembly groups
• Cooperate with R&D departments in case of replacement or further clarification
• Reading 2D drawings
• Seek opportunities for process, workplace and quality improvement
• Cooperation on actual projects, business needs
• Respect EHS rules
• Respect company ethic rules

Qualifications:

• Technical background/experience
• Capable to read 2D drawings
• Ability to work in international team->Enhanced knowledge of English language
• Open personality and ready to learn
• Problem solving skills
• Customer focused

Advantage:

• Mechanical engineer degree
• Refrigeration segment experience
• Experience in SAP environment
• Czech language 
• Worked already with Solid Edge
