Introduction to Role:

As part of the Quality team this role main responsibility will be to support the local quality team in topics of Supplier complaint handling and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process, quality process improvement, quality analytics and communication.

• Handling Supplier Complaints - Managing supplier complaints, including processing, analyzing, and communicating with suppliers. Implementing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Engineering Change Notice - Ensuring that all changes in technical documentation are correctly implemented and communicated between internal and external teams. Monitoring and evaluating the impact of changes on the quality of supplied parts.
• 8D reporting - Leading 8D reports to solve quality issues, including identifying the root cause and proposing corrective actions. Collaborating with suppliers to resolve product quality issues and minimize recurrence.
• Measurement of New Part Sample - Ensuring that new part samples meet required specifications and quality standards. Conducting measurements and analyses based on received samples and collaborating with the team on their approval.
• Support in New Product Introduction (NPI) - Collaborating on quality assurance during the introduction of new products into production. Participating in sampling and approval of parts for serial production.
• Supplier Relationship Development - Maintaining and improving relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliability of supply. Providing technical support to suppliers and collaborating on their development.
• Quality Process Improvement - Identifying opportunities to improve internal and external quality processes.
