Turnkey Solutions Sales Manager – Czech Republic

At CCR Commercial Refrigeration, we are looking for an experienced, commercially driven professional to develop our turnkey solutions business in the Czech Republic.

This is an opportunity to take commercial ownership of complex, project-based solutions, combining business development, strategic customer relationships and technical sales expertise.

You don't need to come directly from refrigeration. If you have successfully sold complex technical installations or integrated solutions in building technologies, commercial HVAC, elevators, escalators or similar industries, we'd love to hear from you.

• Develop business opportunities: Identify new projects, grow existing customer relationships and build a strong pipeline of turnkey opportunities.
• Own the commercial process: Manage opportunities from initial customer discussions through solution development, tendering, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Drive profitable sales: Prepare commercially competitive proposals, evaluate project costs, protect margins and manage contractual risks.
• Shape customer solutions: Work closely with Engineering and technical specialists to translate customer requirements into practical, competitive solutions.
• Build strategic partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with customers, developers, contractors and other key stakeholders.
• Connect sales with execution: Ensure effective handover to Project Management teams and remain involved in key customer and commercial matters throughout delivery.

• Proven experience in technical B2B sales, business development or key account management involving complex, project-based solutions.
• Background in commercial refrigeration, commercial HVAC, building technologies, elevators, escalators or comparable technical installation industries.
• Experience with tenders, pricing, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
• Strong financial awareness, including project costing, margins and commercial risk assessment.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering and project delivery teams.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive approach with a strong sense of commercial ownership.
• Fluent Czech and professional working proficiency in English.
